Keeping It Simple
I saw this till in a bar in Berlin. How great is it! More and more bars in London have a crazy technical 'logging in to the till' system for their staff do use for serving. It slows things down considerably and generally means staff don't do any mental arithmetic which again, slows things down.
What's the better option? Find staff you can trust. I mean really, if you run a bar do you really want 'good' records?


Tis nice, but add 400 people to a bar that holds 200 and they all want a drink and that till is a whole world of mess!
